Downpayment & Amortization
The buyer’s first downpayment is due 30 days after making the reservation payment.
For Ready Homes, buyers must submit standard requirements within 30 days, including: Marriage or Birth Certificate, two 1x1 ID photos (white background), latest proof of billing or Barangay Certificate, photocopies of two valid IDs, Tax Identification Number (TIN), and income documents.
For Non-ready Homes, the same documents and at least one proof of income may be submitted up to six months after the reservation payment.
Amaica Homes buyers can conveniently pay their downpayment and amortization either over-the-counter at accredited banks and payment centers, or online via digital wallets, online banking, or credit card.

OFW buyers can choose to issue post-dated checks (PDCs) from a local bank, arrange fund transfers, or authorize a representative to make payments on their behalf.
