Explore Amaica Homes and your preferred property or house model through our official website or online channels. You can also connect directly with a Amaica Homes Expert by clicking the Chat Button located at the lower right corner of your screen.

Your Amaica Expert will provide you with complete details about your chosen property, including its exact location, nearby road networks and key landmarks, available or upcoming amenities, various house models, current pricing, and financing options suited to your needs.

Site Viewing

After choosing your preferred Amaica Homes property and receiving all the necessary details from your Amaica Homes Expert, you can request a complimentary site viewing to personally explore the property’s location and view the actual house model.

Reservation

Select your preferred block and lot at Amaica Homes, settle the reservation fee, and complete the required forms. Through Amaica Homes Online, you can easily reserve your unit and pay via card, GCash, or over-the-counter. A confirmation email will follow with links to complete all necessary documents.

Marketing and Admin Briefing

Your designated Amaica Marketing and Admin Staff will provide a comprehensive orientation covering the required documents, step-by-step procedures before your Amaica Home is turned over, as well as important housing policies and the project timeline.

For those who made their reservation via Amaica Homes Online, a Lumina representative will get in touch with you to conduct the briefing.

Submission of Requirements

Following the briefing and submission of completed forms, you will have thirty (30) days to provide the necessary documentary requirements. These requirements may vary depending on your employment status—whether you are locally employed, self-employed, or an OFW—and your chosen financing option.

Turnover of Your Amaica Home

Once the construction of your Amaica Home is completed and your Pag-IBIG or bank home loan has been released, your assigned Amaica Admin Staff will notify you of your eligibility to apply for move-in.

Before officially moving in, a joint inspection of your unit will be scheduled with your designated Amaica Customer Care Staff to ensure everything is in order.
