Gather and submit the standard requirements, including: Marriage or Birth Certificate, two 1x1 ID photos (white background), latest proof of billing or a Barangay Certificate, photocopies of two valid IDs, and your Tax Identification Number (TIN).

For Ready Homes, you must complete all required documents—especially income proofs—and fill out the necessary forms as indicated in the provided checklist.

For Non-Ready Homes, submission of at least one income document and a notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) is required for OFW buyers.

For Ready Homes, processing begins 30 days or one month after reservation.
For Non-Ready Homes, the timeline starts six months after the reservation date.
