To schedule a tripping or site visit to any Amaica Homes property, buyers or sales agents should contact the Amaica Sales Department at least one day in advance.

The reservation fee for a Amaica Homes property starts at Php 3,000 and is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
After choosing a preferred Lumina Homes unit, the buyer must present at least one valid ID, complete the Reservation Documents, and pay the reservation fee—starting at Php 3,000, depending on the selected house model.
For online reservations, Amaica Homes offers "Amaica Homes Online"—a convenient one-stop portal where buyers can browse available units, view exact locations via an interactive map, and pay the reservation fee using a debit/credit card or GCash. Once payment is completed, the Reservation Documents will be sent via email.
Absolutely! Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) can authorize a trusted representative to transact with Lumina Homes on their behalf by issuing a Special Power of Attorney (SPA).
For added convenience, OFW buyers can also reserve a unit and pay the reservation fee online through Amaica Homes Online.
